Easy Palace City Hostel
Mozartstrasse 4, Munich, Germany, 80336
Description
In 2003 a former luxury hotel was transformed into a top quality hostel called the Easy Palace, a haven for backpackers and young independent travelers offering everything you could need for a great stay in the city.
We know whats important
.
Sleep:
You have the choice between shared dorms (4-8 beds) or private rooms (1-6 people), all with en suite bathrooms and free security lockers. If you need more space, our apartments for 2-5 people come with their own kitchen.
Your time:
This is your holiday, and you should do things on your schedule. Thats why we are not only open 24 hours with no curfew or lock-out, but all our facilities are 24 hours as well, such as internet access, book exchange, Laundromat, lounge with pool tables and dart board, beer and soft drinks, and of course the help and advice of our friendly team.
Eating:
The most important meal of the day is breakfast, and is served between 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. (11:00 a.m. on weekends,) plus we have lunch and evening meals at great prices in our partner restaurant Sinans, (conveniently located in the same building,) as well as special offers in other nearby restaurants. There is also a guest kitchen in the hostel if you want to whip up a snack yourself.
Meeting:
Making new friends is what travel and hostels are all about, so chill out in our lounge or kick-start your evening with a cold drink in our bar including free Bavarian beer tasting, not to be missed as the best beers in the world come from in and around Munich. Meet your fellow travelers from around the world over a few liters, or perhaps the odd karaoke tune or two.
Explore:
Five minutes from our door you will find the city centre, the Oktoberfest grounds, plus underground lines (U3/U6) that can take you direct to the Olympic Stadium, the Allianz Arena, and the happening student neighborhood of Schwabing. The area around the Easy Palace is packed with restaurants, bars, clubs and cafes for every taste; as well as supermarkets, banks and a post office. Our staff will point you in the right direction.
Savings:
As well as our great value beds, we can help your travel funds stretch further with meal deals in the restaurant, such as the daily pizza offer, and cheap public transport tickets to get around Munich. You will not pay for bed sheets, tea and coffee is on the house, and if you need wireless internet access we have that to, also free of charge! We also have free luggage storage on arrival and departure, as well as free security lockers in the rooms to keep your valuables safe.
Welcome!! Most of all, we love Munich, and want you to enjoy it as much as we do, which is why we have a special Easy Munich city guide and map for every guest. Our staff can help you make the most of your time in the city thanks to their expert local knowledge, and help you discover the hidden spots and special places beyond the tourist trail
all you have to do is ask!
See you in Munich.

Directions
Would you remember Goethe, Mozart and McDonalds? Then its easy!
Exit Munichs Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) on the south-side onto Goethestraße. Follow Goethe some 800m down to McDonalds and there turn right into Mozartstraße. The yellow building behind the cinema is the Easy Palace.
For those who dont want to walk there is two other options:
Take Bus number 58, leaving in front of the main exit of Hauptbahnhof. Get off after at the 4th stop at Goetheplatz. Cross the street towards Mc Donalds and keep going down Mozartstraße. We are the second house on your right. The bus takes 6 minutes and cost 1,10 EUR (Ticket: Kurzstrecke)
Or you take the Underground. Take line U1 or U2 one stop to Sendlinger Tor and there change into U3 or U6 one stop to Goetheplatz. Exit the station at the rear of the train and look for exit Mozartstrasse. The underground takes a little longer than the bus since you need to change but runs more frequently. The price is the same.
